Post 1 : A country you'd like to visit

Hello,

Since I was a child, I have had the dream of traveling all around the world. However, so far I have not been able to achieve it, but I hope I can do it soon.

If I had the chance to travel to another country, I would like to travel to Egypt because I grew up dreaming of wandering through corridors and walls full of unknown symbols, therefore, I would like to live an adventure like in the movies since it’s a place full of temples, tombs, historic treasures, among other, which make it a place with many secrets to be discovered.

Therefore, I want to go all over Egypt, to witness the great wonders it has, and I am not only referring to the pyramids or temples, which may be the best known, but also the beaches, its culture, cultural jewels, among others. Sincerely, it is a wonderful place, so, in the future I would like to go to live but for a certain period.

Post 5 : My future job

Hi everyone!  I would like to work in the field I am studying: Public Administration.  Life takes many turns, so I would not be surprised to end up doing something totally different. I imagine myself in attending meetings, working in an office with my own desk, is something that doesn't bother me. But I would like to interact in the field, knowing the realities of people and understanding their life, that’s we call "burocrata de calle" here. I would like to travel, but I don't know if it’s possible in for this kind of job, it would depend a lot on the position I will have. However, I am not a fan of spending lots of tax's money traveling, because it can always be misused for personal purposes. Post 7 : Changes to my study program

 Hi everyone!  I’m currently studying public administration. My career is directly linked to the State, as you work in public policies that influence the lives of Chileans, creating solutions for public problems and promoting the common good. In my personal experience as a university student, I would have liked to see the implementation of real internships in public services in the first years of the career plan to show the importance of the career in the State.  Also, I would have liked to see mandatory courses that encourage critical thinking about information, because misinformation is a problem that affects us all. Therefore, this type of misinformation can be reflected in decision making, causing citizens to believe such information, which is very dangerous because it affects people’s lifestyles.
